A influência dos determinantes sociais na vida de mulheres negras no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial do tipo álcool e outras drogas em Caucaia, Ceará / Influence of social determinants in the life of Black women in the Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and other Drugs in Caucaia, Ceará, Brazil

Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é analisar os determinantes sociais de saúde que incidem na vida das mulheres negras em acompanhamento biopsicossocial no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (Caps), do tipo álcool e outras drogas (AD), em Caucaia, Ceará. Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, com coleta de dados realizada através de entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise realizada por meio da análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Utilizou-se da pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. Buscou-se identificar como se dá o acesso dessa população ao direito à saúde e analisar possíveis implicações de ser mulher negra e fazer uso de álcool e/ou outras drogas. Como resultado, foi possível perceber que esse grupo populacional tem maiores dificuldades para realizar o tratamento especializado, por conta do racismo institucional, por sofrerem uma forte pressão social para evitar o acompanhamento e ainda por serem as responsáveis, em sua maioria, pelos cuidados materno-familiares - tarefas domésticas, cuidar de filhos e companheiro(a).

Abstract The objective of this article is to analyze the social determinants of health that affect the lives of Black women undergoing biopsychosocial follow-up at Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS), of the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AD) type, in Caucaia, Ceará. This is a qualitative study, with data collection performed with semi-structured interviews and analysis performed with Bardin's content analysis. Bibliographic, documentary and field research were used. We sought to identify how this population accesses the right to health and analyze possible implications of being a Black woman and using alcohol and/or other drugs. As a result, it was possible to perceive that this population group has greater difficulties in carrying out specialized treatment, due to institutional racism, since they suffer strong social pressure to avoid follow-up and also since most are responsible for maternal-family care - household chores, caring for children and their partner.

Persistentes desigualdades raciais e resistências negras no Brasil contemporâneo / Persistent racial inequalities and black resistance in contemporary Brazil

Resumo: Este artigo aborda como o racismo se estrutura na sociabilidade brasileira e seus efeitos revelados nos índices de desigualdades sociais e raciais. Para tornar inteligíveis as relações das classes sociais em sua intersecção com a questão racial, apresentamos subsídios para repensar a edificação desta nação que se fundamenta em um conceito abstrato de democracia racial. A partir desse entendimento, destacamos as diferentes formas de resistências que têm sido constituídas pela população negra.

Abstract: This article discusses how racism is structured in Brazilian sociability and its effects revealed in the indices of social and racial inequalities. To make the relations of social classes intelligible at their intersection with the racial question, we present subsidies to rethink the edification of this nation based on an abstract concept of racial democracy. From this understanding, we highlight the different forms of resistance that have been constituted by the black population.
